Understand how
your data is used.
How we handle information for free codes, downloads, model trials and community contact.
Free activation codes
We use email, platform and installation ID to verify requests, issue and recover codes, and prevent duplicates, not marketing. Records remain during the campaign and recovery service. Links expire in 30 minutes. Contact us for access or deletion; deletion does not revoke offline codes.
Downloads
We count completed server transfers of installers, including eight previous downloads confirmed by the product owner. This is not a count of unique people or successful installations. We do not create visitor identities for it. Providers may keep necessary network or delivery logs.
Models, trials and community
Cloud providers receive task-relevant content. Model trials use the existing independent service. The QQ community is selfai 文昌阁社区, ID wcg2026001. Copying the ID only writes to your clipboard; it does not log in, submit data or join for you. QQ handles accounts and conversations under its and the channel's rules. Email is sent only by your choice and is not automatically public.
