HarmonyOS, UnionTech UOS and DeepSeek stand for two kinds of Chinese foundational technology: operating systems and large AI models. The disclosed funding and valuation figures below refer to the company or the funding entity — a product and a company are not the same thing.
HarmonyOS is not a separate funding entity and discloses no valuation of its own. Huawei Group issued RMB 4.0 billion of medium-term notes in October 2026; that debt financing is not equity funding for the HarmonyOS project.
A 2023 equity transfer priced the whole company at about RMB 7.0 billion; publicly disclosed Series B and B+ increases in 2024 total about RMB 0.8 billion, plus about RMB 114 million of equity transfer. This is not a live 2026 valuation.
Caijing reported the latest round at a pre-money valuation of about RMB 500 billion; Reuters and Securities Times reported roughly RMB 100 billion raised in October. Final figures follow official disclosure.
